Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will provide you further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Time

Our policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to return the merchandise.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Process

Within 30 days after receiving your package. The following is your package description:
1. Pack the items securely in the box.
2. Paste the front side of the mailing label on the side of the address of the package, covering any previous delivery address and barcode, and do not overlap any adjacent sides.
4. Use the address listed and post the corresponding postage.
5. Deliver the package from the nearest post office or the shipping company of your choice.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the refund status immediately after checking the product.
If your return is approved, we will refund your credit card (or original payment method, PayPal).
You will receive a credit line within a certain number of days, depending on the policies of your card issuer.



We only refund the amount of the goods, and the return freight and customs duties are borne by you.
